In our chocolate making process, we only use cocoa beans and unrefined cane sugar. We don’t need any ‘preservatives’, as all that chocolate needs is already in the beans. A careful search is enough to find a full array of flavour elements that will result in a perfect chocolate bar.

We returned to the traditional chocolate making method, where the most important stage is grinding cocoa beans in a stone melanger. We like proven solutions, and this is one of them. In our manufacture, the average time of bean grinding falls between 24 and 48 hours. Thanks to this, we set free the desired tinges of flavour and obtain a perfectly smooth chocolate texture.

A superior product could be wrapped in anything and wouldn’t lose its quality… And yet we prefer not to take our chances. This is why we designed wrappings that will not only protect your chocolate from harm and provide the necessary information, but that will make it even more pleasant to consume.
